Please follow these steps to return your sign:
- Send an email with the subject line "RETURN" to email@example.com so we know to expect your shipment. In the body of the email please provide your full name and address, the order date, order ID (see your receipt or packing list), and indicate the reason for your return. We will email you a UPS label to use for returning the product.
- Pack all materials as you received them and use the original shipping boxes.
- Attach the UPS label we emailed you to the sealed box. (Any UPS store should have transparent label holders.) Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.
- You may drop off your return at any authorized UPS shipping location, but please do not drop your return off at a drop box. To find the nearest authorized shipping location, please visit www.ups.com.
- To use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States. We do not pay for return shipments from other countries.
- Items being returned must be in the condition you received them and be in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that were shipped with your original order.
- Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
